Open new raster layer 550x500 and floodfill with white.copy and paste frame as new layer and resize this by 85%,arrange this into the middle of your canvis and add a dropshaddow of choice.

click in the middle of your frame with your magic wand,expand by 7 then copy and paste paper under this,invert the delete,select none.now still on your paper layer select all.float,defloat and paste your first tube of choice,arrange to your liking,invert then delete,right click on this layer and source luminance,merge group then remame this girl1,do the same with your other tubes of choice and remame them as you go to make it easyier when we animate,exp.girl2,girl3(see my tag for detail)

copy and paste paper again as new layer over your white background,apply 87maskelswwwa with invert unchecked,merge group,strectch this out a bit with your raster deform tool then appy wsl_mask84 to this,merge group,move this to the left of your frame then duplicate and mirror.
next copy and paste butterfly clip over your frame layer,image rotate 20 left,resize this by 55% and rub the clip bit out with your eraser tool,duplicate this twice and arrange these to your liking,add some bows and anything else you wish(see my tag for detail)

once your happy add wordart,your main tube,name and any copyrite needed.copy merged and paste as new aniamtion into animation shop,back to psp lower the opasity of girl1 to 50,copy merged and paste after current frame,next lower opasity of girl6 to 50 and paste after current frame,then the same with this other girls in order 5 next,2,4,3 or any order you like

.do this over again in the same order of your tubes but lower opasity to 30 this time,select all then change frame properties to 50,click on your first frame,copy,click on your last frame and paste after current frame,change frame properties to 50 again clicked on this then save.
